Description: This potential hotspot is located along the east corridor of Interstate 10 leaving Tucson.  It is made up of several small Master planned communities on several exits along the interstate.  It is right in the middle of a high tech area that includes an IBM plant as well as Raytheon.  It is also located near Davis Monthan Air force Base.  There is no church along this corridor.

Potential Planter Specific Traits Needed: The preferred planter will need to be a college grad or have some military experience to fit in with the population.
