Description: This potential hotspot is located in North Santa Cruz County just north of Nogales, Arizona.  It is made up of both rural and small master planned communities.  It is extremely spread out and therefore it will be a challenging location.  It is located about 12 miles from the Arizona Mexico border.  Slow growth is occurring here and almost no effective evangelical churches in area.

Potential Planter Specific Traits Needed: The preferred planter will need to be bilingual and able to speak Spanish.
